Job: Lead Bartender

Are you ready to lead a bar on wheels and become a toast of the Charlotte event scene? The Old Fashioned Mobile Bar, the premier mobile bar service in Charlotte, NC, is seeking to hire lead bartenders to serve events in the greater Charlotte area. We are seeking a skilled bartender for overseeing bar operations, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, organize and tear down bar equipment as needed 

• Organize pickup and drop off of inventory and supplies 

• Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks, to ensure efficient operations and consistent high-quality service.

• Oversee the preparation and serving of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages, ensuring adherence to - recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain a well-stocked bar inventory, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.

• Implement bar policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain a professional and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with the event team to plan and execute bar services for various events and venues.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism and tact.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a leader 

• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits 

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Reliable transportation 

• Ability to lift 40 lbs
