How We Work
Our process and timeline you can expect when working with us
Step 1: Hit Us Up!
If the Old Fashioned Mobile Bar strikes your fancy, contact us and tell us all about your event. The more details you have, the better.
Step 2: Proposal time
Based on the information you provide in your inquiry, we’ll assemble a package and pricing information for you to review.
Step 3: Let’s Make it Official
Once you are thrilled with our proposal, you will sign the agreement and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer, which secures that the date is yours!
Step 4: Questionnaire
About 60-90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we’ll send an event questionnaire which will help us firm up all the details for your big day.
Step 5: Shake it up
One of the most important aspects of our job is to make sure you have the drinks and amount of alcohol that you need. We will provide a final consultation where we finalize details, align expectations and clarify delivery and information about the alcohol.
Step 6: PARTY TIME
It’s party time! We will show up with plenty of time to set up and receive the alcohol order. We will make sure everything is perfect, the drinks are cold and that your guests are as happy as possible with the beverage experience.
